The Film: “Please…I have something to say, and there is something I want to hear.” Ok-boon (Na Moon-hee), known as the “Goblin-Granny”, has filed no less than 8,000 civil complaints in her town. Ok-boon has been an unstoppable force with over 20 years of complaints, but she finally meets her match when a hard-lined entry level civil servant, Min-jae (Lee Jae-hoon), shows up. With the same level of persistence Ok-boon shows for filing civil complaints, she studies English very hard but has become depressed that she has hardly improved at all. After she sees Min-jae speaking like a native English speaker, she asks him to be her teacher no matter the time or place. Despite not getting along, they begin the lessons and as time passes they begin to understand each other more and more. Curious as to the reason why this “Goblin-Granny” wants to learn English so badly, Min-jae learns that there is something she really wants to say in English…
